Sandhya karthik's dance academy has shaped the dreams and aspirations of hundreds of students till date. It believes in promoting the strength and intensity of the ancient tradition and India's cultural heritage by teaching and performing kuchipudi. Dance is a creative art form which coordinates the connection between mind, body and soul. We aspire to provide quality training to the next generation through our structured program.
This academy is founded by Smt. Sandhya Karthik (MPA). Sandhya Karthik has given more than 350 performances and performed on Ravindra Bharathi, Nada Neerajanam, Shilparamam, Shilpi Kalavedika, Sri Sailam Devasthanam and many more prestigious stages. Sandhya has been widely appreciated in Bharathiya Vidya Bhavans (Vidyasram) and Aurobindo International School for her structured and inspiring teaching. She has also been appreciated for extending her efforts in encouraging and supporting her students in performing on prestigious stages.
She has also won 10 National level dance competitions and 15 State level dance competitions.
Smt. Sandhya Karthik has a learning experience of 15 years under Gurus who have shaped her aspirations and supported in her journey of Kuchipudi.
Sandhya Karthik has pursued Masters in Kuchipudi dance from Central University of Hyderabad with distinction grade and a certificate course from Potti Sriramulu Telugu University with a distinction grade. She has a teaching experience of 10 years in Bharathiya Vidya Bhavans (Vidyasram) and Aurobindo International School.
